From Kinderoo to Kinterra—A New Chapter Begins

After years of dreaming, researching, and listening to our families, we’re proud to share the name of our

new facility: introducing Kinterra, a new Home Education Service Provider in Ocala, Florida.                       

We wanted a name that not only captured our vision for the future, but also honored where we began. Kinterra is a 

natural extension of our root company, Kinderoo, and a continuation of the values we’ve nurtured for over two decades.  

Grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach and influenced by other blended philosophies, Kinterra reflects our belief in      

children as capable, curious, and full of potential.                                                                                                    

'Kin' speaks to relationships, community, and belonging.                               

'Terra' means earth—a reminder that learning is grounded, real, and            

                                 rooted in the world around us.                                     

          At Kinterra, learning is not separate from play—it grows from it.            

Children explore ideas through movement, materials, stories, and questions. Play is how they test theories,  

express what matters to them, and build understanding.                                                                                  

Our 5,400 square-foot building has undergone renovations to reflect our vision: immersive spaces,                 

natural materials, and environments that spark curiosity and wonder.
